Can I self-exclude from the gaming facilities?

Yes, all of our sites offer the opportunity to self-exclude in person for six months or a year. 
You can set up a self-exclusion directly from one of our sites or through our Gaming Team.
To set up a self-exclusion when you’re visiting one of our sites, we will require your:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Vehicle registration number
  • Proof of identity
  • Digital photo (which can be taken when filling the form in on the iPad)

If you are unable to visit one of our sites to set up a self-exclusion, you can provide your details in the contact form, and our Gaming Team will get in touch with you to verify your identity and start the process.
