What is Too Good To Go?
Too Good To Go (TGTG) is a mobile application that is designed to prevent edible food from being thrown away. The app lets you purchase and collect food at a discounted price so that it gets eaten instead of wasted. 

Can I get TGTG at Moto?
Yes this service is available across all our service stations. 

Where can I get TGTG products at Moto?
When food becomes available, you’ll be able to purchase and collect TGTG food bags from any of our Moto Costa, Moto Pret, Moto M&S and Moto Greggs sites.

How do I claim a TGTG bag from Moto?
All you need to do is download the free Too Good To Go (available on both Google Play and the App Store) and check to see if we have food available. Prior to collecting your food bag, you will need to prepay via the TGTG app and arrange a collection time. 

Where does the money raised from Too Good To Go products Go?
The money we raise from TGTG food bags goes directly to our charitable arm, Moto Foundation and will fund various charities and community projects.

Where can I find allergen information?

Having a food intolerance or allergy can be challenging when eating away from home.

At Moto, we have listened to our customers who face these challenges and have tried to make accessing ingredients of our products as easy as possible. On products that have packaging, all the ingredients are listed on the labels. Where products are freshly prepared for you information is available in the brand units or brand websites for you to view ingredient lists.

But just remember that because we use many ingredients and shared equipment in our kitchens, it’s impossible to guarantee that food and drink prepared at Moto will be 100% allergen-free. 

Can I order food on my phone to collect at a Moto services?

As we have various brands and offering at Moto, this functionality may be built in their brand apps such as Burger King and KFC. Please check these brand apps for any ordering capability as well as exclusive offers that can be used at a Moto site.

Do you offer a click and collect service?

At the moment, this isn’t something we currently offer at Moto. However, we are working with our brands such as Costa to see if this is something we can implement.

Can I return an item or request a refund?

If you have purchased items from any of our on-site shops and wish to return them, please do so within the time frame specified on your receipt. Please present the item(s) at the brand till point along with a valid receipt and our colleagues on-site will take it from there.
