Moto is delighted to announce the appointment of Michelle Madeley as Operations Director on the Moto Operating Board, reporting directly to Ken McMeikan, Chief Executive Officer.

Michelle has a vast multi-site and multi-operations background in both the travel and retail sectors. She joins Moto from HMSHost, a subsidiary of Autogrill, the world’s leading provider of food and beverage services for travellers at locations including airports, motorways and railway stations, where she served as Managing Director for the UK and France. She has previously worked as Head of Retail at Manchester Airport Group and as Operations Director and Business Development Director at SSP (UK Air).

Ken McMeikan, Chief Executive Officer at Moto, said: “We are absolutely delighted to welcome Michelle as our new Operations Director. She has an outstanding track record of leading multi-site operations and driving growth. Michelle Madeley joins our Operating Board and we now have 4 out of the 7 Board roles held by women, something we are very proud of given our original Diversity target to be 50:50 by 2025.
