For some people, sleep is a time machine to breakfast. A fast pass to a yummy bite to eat and a warm cup of the good stuff. But for the rest of us, it’s a rest followed by a rush – a snooze button, a fast shower, a school run, a flurry of packed lunches, PE kits, book bags, a coffee to go, a run out the door… and not a single bite to eat.
You wouldn’t expect your car to run without fuel – so why do you expect your mind and body to do it?
A good breakfast fuels you up for the day, and whilst we know it’s not possible to get the family around the table for a full English every day, that doesn’t mean you have to kick off your day without a good bite to eat.
There are plenty of places, and ways, to grab breakfast at Moto!
