This year, the Easter holidays have fallen ahead of the big day itself, but that doesn’t mean you have to miss out on all the Easter fun with the little ones! There are tons of Easter activities and egg hunts taking place across the UK throughout the holidays; we’ve rounded up 5 of our favourites for you to try out!
Pink Pig Farms Bunny Bonanza, Scunthorpe (06.04.2019 – 22.04.2019)
From Beatrix Potter character trails to photo opps with the Bunny in Blue, there’s a lot going on at Pink Pig Farm this Easter holidays. As well as the egg hunting, you can also ride a tractor, take part in crafts and activities, and of course meet the pigs!
Giant Easter Egg Hunt at Noahs Ark Farm Zoo, Bristol (06.04.2019 – 27.04.2019)
At Noah’s Ark Farm Zoo, there’s more than just chocolate up for grabs – they’re giving away eggs, PLUS animal adoptions and ‘Keeper For A Day’ experiences! There will be Easter arts and crafts, and they’re also raising money for World Land Trust – what’s not to love about that? (Leigh Delamere West and Severn View are both within an hour of this one, so if you need to travel to get there, you can take a pit stop with us!)
Lindt Gold Bunny Hunt at Hampton Court Palace, Surrey (06.04.2019 – 22.04.2019)
Fancy a more regal egg hunt? Explore Henry VIII’s digs, Hampton Court Palace, in a bid to get your mitts on a Lindt Gold Bunny! Following the Hunt Trail Map, you’ll meet some famous characters from the past as you jump back in time.
Delamere Forest Hunt, Cheshire (09.04.2019)
For one day only, the picturesque Delamere Forest in Northwich, Chesire. transforms into a treasure hunt with chocolate surprises waiting for you if you follow all the Easter Bunny’s clues! It’s uber-popular, so we’d recommend booking online before you get there! (Knutsford Services are within half an hour of this one, so if there’s an emergency toilet break on the way, we’re here!)
Cadbury’s Easter Egg Hunts, Nationwide (19.04.2019 – 22.04.2019)
No matter where you live in the UK, it’s likely that Cadbury’s are holding an Easter Egg hunt near you! They’ve teamed up with the National Trust to hide chocolate surprises at locations across the country – just pop in your postcode and find your nearest!
