Jackie Smith from Moto Birch Westbound was celebrating this summer having completed ‘Wieroaagse Nimegen’, the largest multiple day marching event in the world.
Held in Nijmegen in the Netherlands every July, the event requires participants to march a marathon a day for four days.
Jackie, who works at Costa at the Birch site joined over 40,000 marchers from across the globe at the start line and successfully completed the challenge receiving a hard-earned medal for her efforts.
Arpad Pajor-Mazur, Deputy General Manager at the Birch site said:
“We are hugely proud of Jackie and her fantastic achievement. Jackie also raised over £500 through sponsorship which she has donated to MITC.”
