Moto sites sprang into action with flurry of activity during their annual Easter fundraiser in aid of national charity partner Help for Heroes.
Easter bonnet competitions, raffles, charity tables and cycling were just a few of the events over the eight-day period that kept collection buckets filling up. In the spirit of true partnership, 12 lucky sites had visits from the Help for Heroes mascot Hero Bear and Help for Heroes volunteers lent a hand at 25 Moto sites.
With every site participating, the team effort saw great results with a grand total £67,330 being raised. This forms part of Moto’s annual donation which last year totalled £400,000.
On hearing the good news Sara Hook, Corporate Partnerships Account Manager at Help for Heroes said: “Help for Heroes is hugely grateful to Moto staff and customers for their amazing fundraising efforts. We rely heavily on the generous donations raised which directly helps rebuild lives. We’d like to thank everyone who took part for their amazing contribution to supporting our beneficiaries and hope everyone had lots of fun too!”
