At the request of Government and to keep you safe and minimise the risk of transmission of COVID-19 we are required to record details of all customers, like all other restaurants, pubs, bars and takeaway venues. This is to assist NHS Test and Trace.
Information only needs to be submitted by the lead member of your group and the information will be automatically deleted after 21 days. It will not be used for any other purpose.
