Please complete this form if you are a Community Organisation or School within 15 miles of a Moto service area wishing to apply for direct funding.

  • Please select from the list below the Moto site that is within 15 miles radius of your charity
  • Please provide background information on your organisation with as much detail as possible on your objectives and what your current fundraising projects include.
